Privacy Policy & POPIA Compliance

1. Zero Prompt Storage Guarantee

We do not store your prompts or AI completions. Under our strict POPIA compliance architecture, incoming prompts are streamed directly in memory to upstream model providers and completions are streamed directly back to your client. Prompts and response bodies are never persisted to disk, cache, or database.

2. Information We Collect

To provide billing, authentication, and security services, we collect:

• Account identifiers: Email address and GitHub public username/ID.
• Payment records: Yoco transaction references, amounts paid, and timestamps. (Card details are processed exclusively by Yoco and never touch our servers).
• Request metadata: Model name, token counts, request duration, and micro-rand cost.

3. POPIA Rights

In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal account data. For inquiries, email our Information Officer at allaisouthafrica@gmail.com.
