1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the reverse proxy API provided by GM Farming (Pty) Ltd ("All AI South Africa", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
2. Service Description & Reverse Proxy Gateway
All AI South Africa operates an OpenAI-compatible reverse proxy API gateway. We route requests to upstream Large Language Model providers (such as Google Gemini) and convert token usage into South African Rand (ZAR) charges debited against your prepaid wallet.
3. Prepaid Wallet & Micro-Rand Billing
All services operate on a strictly prepaid basis. Funds are deposited via Yoco in South African Rands. Token costs are computed and tracked in micro-rand (1 ZAR = 1,000,000 µR). An in-flight reserve hold is placed during generation and settled upon completion.
4. Acceptable Use & Content Standards
You may not use our API to generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content, or to violate the policies of upstream providers. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts violating these standards.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
